Open Bar
Pretty simple. Your guests ask for a drink and our servers happily bring it. We add whatever has been ordered to the bill.
Beer and Wine
This is a nice way to offer your guests a drink and still keep costs down. We’ll set up a table full of beer and wine on ice with the glasses on the side. Your guests help themselves. (It’s a nice way to promote mingling, too.) At the end of the party we tally up what was consumed and add it to the bill.
Cash Bar
With this option, the price of each drink is collected from the guests. Please call for price ranges. However, our drink prices are some of the more reasonable in the area.
Bartender option
If your party is booked in Poet’s Corner, which has a full-service bar, we can staff that bar with bartender for a charge of 50 dollars.
The bar is often the social center of your party. This is a great way to get people mingling and talking.
Wheeling sales tax of 11% will be added to all bar items. A gratuity of 18% will be added to bar items. A gratuity of 18% will be added to the bar bill.
